The Downtown Halloween Costume Contest / Bar Crawl is the ultimate playground for adults to unleash their alter egos. Participants showcase their zany, hilarious and spooky creativity as they visit various downtown bars and restaurants, vying for cash prizes and bragging rights. From clever couples’ costumes to jaw-dropping solo transformations, the contest draws a "spirited" crowd of participants and onlookers. This year, Whitefish promises to be "Stranger than Ever!"

• Participants can register and start at The Firebrand or Tupelo Grille. Entry is $5 per person, $10 per couple, and $25 per group of 3 or more. All costumed registrants receive a free Halloween cup from The Firebrand & Tito's. Bring it back to the Firebrand Bar anytime in November to get $1 off any drink.

• All costumes must be judged at each of the 8 participating venues:

  • Blackstar
  • Bulldog Saloon
  • Craggy Range
  • Great Northern
  • The Firebrand
  • Tupelo Grille
  • Second Story
  • Whitefish VFW

• The “finals” and prizes will be awarded at the Second Story located at 101 Central at 10p with cash prizes awarded for first, second and third place. Winners must be present to claim prize.

• Live music at The Firebrand with Luke Lauterat from 6:30p - 9:30p & appearances by Elevated Aerial.
