I don't have a car, how can I get to Whitefish Mountain Resort?

The community of Whitefish offers a free S.N.O.W. Bus that runs to and from various locations in Whitefish and Whitefish Mountain Resort.

How do I get around the mountain once I'm there?

Whitefish Mountain Resort offers Ambassador Tours to help orient you to the mountain and to help with any other needs you may have. For more info CLICK HERE.

What if I want to travel around Whitefish or to Glacier Park?

The Firebrand Hotel is located in downtown Whitefish, a short walking distance to restaurants, boutique shopping, nightlife, galleries and more.

The Firebrand offers shuttle service to & from our sister property, The Lodge at Whitefish Lake. The shuttle departs The Firebrand 10 minutes past the hour, every two hours from 8:10a-4:10p and every hour from 5:10p-11:10p. Return departures from The Lodge are at the top of each hour.

The S.N.O.W. Bus also offers service to The Lodge at Whitefish Lake with continuing service to Whitefish Mountain Resort. SHUTTLE SCHEDULE

If you're looking for winter adventures outside of Whitefish, you will either need to rent a car, hire a guide or transport. Contact the concierge for car rental information and guided tour options 406.863.1900 [email protected]

Whitefish Outfitters & Tours offers guided tours to Whitefish area trails or can even plan a trip for a ski day in Fernie, BC. Custom charters are available. Call 406.212.0080

Where can I rent skis?

The Firebrand has partnered with Black Tie Skis so you can spend more time riding and less time worrying about your gear. Black Tie will deliver directly to the hotel.

You can also rent skis at the Base Lodge or in the Village at Whitefish Mountain Resort.

I'm bringing my own skis and would like to ship them. What are my options?

Save yourself the hassle of transporting skis through airports! Our concierge will receive and hold your skis and place them in your guest room on your arrival day.

1. Send your skis via UPS or FedEx.

Don't forget to purchase a pre-paid label to return your skis back to you after departure.

When labeling, be sure to include the guest name your Firebrand room reservation is under OR include the 5-digit Reservation number.

Whitefish Winter Carnival is a beloved annual event that takes place throughout the town of Whitefish each February.
