Downtown Whitefish Halloween Costume Contest
The Downtown Whitefish Halloween Costume Contest & Bar Crawl is the ultimate playground for adults to unleash their alter egos. Come dressed as your favorite monster, misfit, or anything your twisted imagination can conjure, then crawl from bar to bar showing off your spooky, zany and downright hilarious creativity.
From clever couples and frighteningly good group costumes to jaw-dropping solo transformations, contestants will make their way through downtown Whitefish vying for cash prizes and more as well as serious Halloween bragging rights. Bring your friends, your best costume and your appetite for a little mischief—the more spirited the crowd, the better!
Registration begins at 7p at The Firebrand or Tupelo - $5 Singles | $10 Couples | $25 for Groups of 3 or more. Then make your way to all participating bars for judging before gathering for the Finals at 10:15p.

- BEST INDIVIDUAL | $500 + 2-night stay at The Firebrand
- BEST COUPLE | $250 + 1-night stay & Couples Massage at The Firebrand
- BEST GROUP | $250 + $300 gift card to The Firebrand Restaurant + Rooftop Hot Tub access for up to 6 guests
Hosted by Highlander Beer, participating bars will be pouring Devil’s Hump Red Ale all night long. It’s a devilishly good way to fuel your crawl through the creatures, costumes and chaos downtown.
Contestants must visit all nine of the following bars by 9:30p:
